Hi Guys.

Sid here from the UK. Apologies but I never come on here but I'm seriously looking for 2 tickets for the London book show as I missed out on purchasing them
As a lifelong fan i would love to get to this but I'm not prepared to pay stupid money like £2k which I've seen them go for
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sid

It was sad that many of us did not get tickets despite trying at 10am! Very cool that there is another event added now at the Forum. I hope we can all manage to get tickets this time around. Fingers crossed.

"A lot of record companies look at the numbers and they'll be like, 'Your first record sold 5 million and your second record sold only 800,000. What happened? You guys fell off, I think the band all feels that the record did really well. Most musicians I grew up playing music with would probably shoot me if I ever complained about selling 800,000 records."

How? Presale?

I'm more keen for the book signing to be honest. Chance to meet the guys for a second! Will be alert and good to go come 10am Friday!

Hi, I don't know how I got it, it was a miracle but I have bought two tickets with "artist presale". One question, what does it mean "artist presale"? I will have to present any type of accreditation or anything, can you help me?

Those book signing things are odd IMO. You are shephered into place then waved on to get your shit signed and then ushered away in a matter of seconds. Much as I'd like to shake hands etc I am a firm believer in never meeting your heroes. Did it with De La once and Maseo was such a dick to me I pretty much stopped listening to them and they were one of my all time favourite groups...

Think I'll keep a safe distance, but good luck to everyone for tickets anyways

Plenty of available seats through 02 at the moment, nothing in the Stalls though, plenty of balcony.

I have a spare Stalls if anyones out of luck and needs one.

I'm not on o2 but had an old O2 sim lying about. Had to top it up £10 to access the o2 presale as it's been so long since it's been used, logged on and it looks like the presale tickets have now gone

Gonna have to try at 10am tomorrow now, which is always nearly impossible as I work in a hospital.

God, that was stressful. Managed to get 1x ticket for the balcony row D (don't like heights but it'll have to do!) Had a front stalls ticket in the basket, got to the final payment confirmation page, then it crashed and went back to the start. Managed to get another ticket in the basket. It crashed again, checked my account and the ticket was luckily there and had gone through

Gotta plead to my boss at work now to let me have the day off as I have to give 6+ weeks notice for annual leave!

No joy for the book signing though...

Pleased you got there in the end! Difficult to get tickets for both, I made a choice to go all in on the signing.
