Haha, when I go in the subway in the mornings I often think it's illegal to shower at all here. I remember bans on car washing when I was there. But the shower thing is kinda harsh, cause it gets hot like a mother fucker a lot. They should lower the AC settings in buildings cause that's also a huge hit on water use.
