The little miss.p had her first real sleepover last night. Not a slumber party with a bunch of kids, just one friend. Not a bad kid, she is really a very nice girl, and it's not like she did anything 'naughty' but oh my god. LOUD, oh god, so LOUD, just shouting and shrieking all the time. And running, running everywhere in the apartment. Our poor little dog is traumatized I think. Again, not a bad kid, just, like, so full on. I am freaking exhausted.

Maybe next time have them engage in some specific energy consuming physical task...such as constructing a couch fortress or piano moving...that should tucker that kid right out...

most kids are complete stupid little assholes by nature from the get go. turning your kid into a none asshole is pretty much what parenting is, no?
