He gave a shout out to them when he won his first Grammy or MTV award. I don't remember which award, but he defiantly thanked them.

Also on the Slim Shady ep he calls himself Mike D in a lyric and I think he thanks them in the credits.

I'm Em's biggest fan by any means, but I do know the guy has skills and he has definitely shown his respect.

He also went to their dressing room at an awards event to personally thank them for their inspiration- he left in tears because they were all laughing about an in-joke when he was in the room and he thought they were laughing at him.
