i can already tell why the bboys felt this joint may have sounded too poppy for what they were tryna do at the time. it also sounds like its probly a pretty dope cut too though. it kinda sounds like it fits with what the dust brothers were doin with young mc around that time.

I would like to hear the Beastie Boys' track, as what was a lame out-take for them in 1987-1988 could well be artistic gold now.
