our city banned those from our little downtown section along with those idiotic minibikes because you do need a drivers license and helmet legally. these mother fuckers where zipping around in and out of traffic, off and on the sidewalk causing all kinds of shit and it turned into this big racial issue because the very large majority of the people using them were black and puerto ricans.

cops beating the shit out of grown men on mini-bikes. it was great. i witnessed it a couple of times.
