I see what you are saying...but the thing that's so hard to verify about these things is once you say "I see a man in a white shirt with rolled up sleves" then about 50% of people who view it will also see that. kinda like when your looking at clouds and you see one shaped like and ice cream cone and you point it out to someone else they'll say they see it to...where as if you said nothing they might think you ice cream cone cloud looks like a penis or something. it's the power of suggestion. Also our minds want to recognize familiars shapes and figures that may not actually be there.

is the solid cream block where you see the figure a door???? or is that part of the apparition? I can't quite tell...but that area doesn't seem to match the rest of the building. the figure also seems rather tall like it's hovering above the chain link fence a bit. also i notice and area of white on the colum of the building right next to the "figure" some of the white that is making up the figure you see maybe part of the building.

the other problem is that building just looks spooky....so that helps the imagination

I don't know, but it's an interesting specimine. I do beleive in ghosts but I don't know if that's what you got here.

I took a walk back to the building earlier this evening and made out what it was.

The part that looks like a white shirt is a white stain on the building and the head is a crevis in the building.

Cookie was right. If it were one, it would be like 10' tall.

Believe me though, I was somewhat convinced after I reviewed the pic. I even showed it to my wife and the first thing she asked was who is walking in it and as mentioned, my coworkers noticed right away.

Kind of pisses me off. I was hoping that I wouldn't be able to make it out when I walked there earlier. It took a while to figure what it was but I found it.

I'm glad you figured it out. I could tell that it was a stain, but I didn't want to spoil the fun.

I'd still pretend it was a ghost if I were you though.
