Default Rage against the Machine and Beasties

Rumor has it that Rage is supposedly going to get back together with the break-up of Audioslave. Does anyone feel it is time again to try for the Rhyme and Reason Tour? A fight for global warming, getting a concert tour back together to raise awareness about a global issue.

i can't think of a more awesome one-two-punch! maybe with 2009 being election year they could tour early 2009 or late 2008 cuz the album will be out by then? and hopefully by then rage will be back together touring internationally eh?! cuz both have highly political views

Those are my two favourite bands with all the member still alive (The Clash rounds out the top 3), so that would be pretty much the best tour possible.

you know what would be so awesome -
after the raising awareness and fight global warming tour Rage and the Beasties can take on other issues like - the Israel Palestine conflict, you know big issues. issues these bands can handle. Look at the difference they made in Tibet awareness and Mumia. Real world, Real Issues, Real Awareness.

So what there are no results, we're not results orientated. It's all about awareness.

Dood, if we listen to enough music and wish hard enough then we can save the day. I saw something very similar on the Carebears movie. It worked for real. The Carebears asked me to care, I cared, and it totally saved the little girl!

I still remember the first time they were going to go on tour. Now I've kind of lost interest.

they actually already announced 3 more shows. 1 in NY, 1 in San Fran, and 1 in San Bernadino. Wu-tang's opening all three. They claim that it's the only other shows they're gonna do in 2007, but we'll see how that plays out.

I wonder why the Beasties aren't in that show. It is right up their alley! Maybe they will be a surprise guest. It is the week before their other show in MD.
I got VIP tics to it last night! Anyone else going?
