Exclamation I've no shame!

I'm running 5 km in Hyde Park, London next Sunday to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis unit at my hospital where I go for a lot of my care.

I'm especially proud to be doing this as I have been quite poorly over the past years with lung infections and so forth. Running is prescribed as a way to keep on top of my health and it seems to be working, for now.

Here is the link to my Just Giving page:

I know times are hard for everyone, but just wish me luck if nothing else!

Thanks

Sponsored. Kinda poor right now so only can do £5.

Can I put a small mention here for a 10k I'm running next month for Amnesty International? http://www.justgiving.com/adamgarretty

All I'm asking is £1 from those who WANT to sponsor - very modest target but it's Amnesty's 50th year and one of the first charities I fully embraced and supported.

I'm not charging anyone, I'm raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis unit at my hospital.

I have cystic fibrosis and have been quite ill over the past couple of years as a result of it so I'm quite proud of the fact that I'm able to take part in this run.

Thanks for the good wishes, everyone
