man what a wonderful thing of the beasties to do - release weekly acapellas, it created such a fun environment as a budding musician - i got my start making beastie boys remixes on here and have come such a long way.

unfortunately universal have claimed my too many rappers remix and taken it down from youtube for copyright infringement, which i know has nothing to do with the beasties but feel they would not agree with universal on this approach as they were such big supporters of remixes, providing the tools to fans to make them and share them, and commission loads for their criterion dvd and various singles.
