I've been volunteering once a week.

I've been exercising at 3-5 times a week...just took my first ever yoga class on Monday.

Eating healthy...that's not going so well....

I made an end of January resolution and I to have got my arse back in gear to the gym. Lost 10lbs so far and feeling better. Am training for moonwalk marathon in May.

I kept off the drink for 6 weeks.

I've missed one day of meditation since NY. Coincidentally it was the same weekend I had a drink (but they're not really related; I wasn't hungover or anything that day I didn't sit, I just completely forgot. I was going to bed at bout 10 after midnight and I realised I hadn't sat that day)
