I only developed a 'crush' on DDL after watching him in My Left Foot and There Will Be Blood: Very undesirable characters, but I respected him so much as an actor.

no offense to the irish, but sometimes a young irish man or half irish man starts out handsome and slender, then hits the age of 25 and his face gains 10 pounds.

it happened to John Travolta. and a couple of dudes I know. I think it started happening to Conan O'brien, but the he started running marathons or some shit to counteract it.
