Not that consumed considering the bands output.

Paul’s Boutique is considered, pretty much by consensus, to be your best album, and the “Sabotage” gave you a new audience.

This interviewer comes off at times as if they did research the night before on wikipedia. While many do indeed consider Paul's Boutique their best, I think many more consider Licensed to Ill to be better. PB is certainly not "pretty much consensus", thats a lazy statement by them.
While Sabotage was immensely popular in song and video. it was Paul's Boutique and Check Your Head that gave them new audiences. Many don't like Ill Communication cuz they feel its just "CYH" re-hashed
