Picture Slideshow

Theres probably already some software on my PC to do this, but i want to just make a slideshow from a series of pictures and export it as a video file.

Any suggestions?

windows movie maker?

i think you need to download it with Windows Live Essentials

movie maker will do it. click file, import into collections, select your pics, drag them onto the timeline in the order you want them in and bing, you're done. you can add a music in the background and titles and credits too. when you're finished click file and save movie file and wait for it to save and you got a .wmv file ;D
