Um, yes. Totally. It's not because she thought even though you were a good worker, and she doubts you will have a job in the fall, but thought you might like to work again, or anything like that. You should just let her know that you know what she is really after, and drop your pants right there. She will appreciate your directness, and feel relieved that she doesn't have to play these silly games anymore.

Here's an update! Over 5 years and I'm still working there. And I've got a permanent position now, no more short contracts.
Never seduced my boss, we went to a movie once though.
