Default PB Colored Cassettes Question

Per my favorite all-time website, Beastiemania.com, there's many officially released colorways of the actual PB cassette shell, including a RED, ORANGE, and LIGHT ORANGE (which I see as more of an ochre-cider-bronze color...), that were available for purchase in both the US and in Canada starting back in 1989 on.

But for this conversation, I'm looking specifically at the US version with the C4-91743 catalog number.

My question is this: Is there an actual ORANGE version, or is it the same as the RED? The photos on "mania" are crazy close. Does anyone have both versions (and maybe even the ochre one too) to compare with and maybe share a photo?

And ya know what... let's include our neighbor's to the North. There's also a mystery with that red/orange assignment. To my eyes both versions look red, but one has black ink and the other has gray. Obviously two different items (maybe the pressing plant ran out of black ink that beautiful day in '89 and was forced to switch to gray ink) so they should be listed as Red-1 and Red-2 or something...

Clearly I'm nerding out hard here. Please help...

Maybe someone has a Capitol Records press release that lists all the colors? Or worked at a store back in the day?

You've already got my take! I have side by side pics and my "red" and orange look like cleaner/dirtier versions of one another.

The Bigfatlove declaration is gonna be as good as it can get.

I don't collect tapes, but I definitely remember opaque plastic cassettes aging really intensely. Back in the day I had a cream-ish colored tape of some local artist that basically just lived in my car for a few years. I dug it back up after a while and it was almost a weird orange color (I don't smoke, so it wasn't smoke damage). Again, no clue, but those colored plastic tapes were pretty janky quality from what I remember, so I wouldn't be surprised if it just faded into something that looked like a different color.
