i have always kept up with my favorite groups. beastie boys are one of them. one of the things that is interesting about the b boys is that they still have a market in the hip hop community(if that makes since). they still do interviews, send promotional stuff to these people. weather it is hot 97, source, allhiphop.com, etc. i am still into looking for new hip hop and when it is time for them to drop shit. they get some plugs here and there.

a lot of people on this board(i could be wrong) seem to get info from rock mass media(which is cool), but it is the SAME OLD BULLSHIT everytime. the hip hop outlets tend to go a little deeper. also they tend to answer questions a bit more seriously.

one of my favorite articles was in wax poetics and they were talking about EPMD. i posted it on here a long time ago, but the hip hop outlets tend to be more interesting to me for some reason.
