Default Odd (but joyous) Release Day

Random Thoughts:

+ I listened to the album last week, but still get giddy on release day.

+ At midnight the hard-copy is usually in my hands, but not today (the downside of pre-ordering the deluxe edition).

+ I think I'd go out and buy an extra hard copy version, but record stores are few and far between these days.

+ Just bought "B-Boys In The Cut" and "Pop Your Balloon" on iTunes. Why the hell are these not on the album!? They're still so freakin' good (among the best cuts on HSC, Pt. 2)?

+ It's almost 1PM and I still don't have any liner notes to thumb through (sigh).

+ What are the Beastie Boys doing today?

+ Not to make light (love and respect for all), but you know how Saddam liked Pacino movies? What if Osama was a closet Beastie Boys fan? Since he didn't have internet access, he would have had no chance of hearing HSC, Pt. 2 until today. You think the Navy Seals knew this?
