Get nice as in get NOICE!! Yeah, I think it means get loose and have fun, ya know, get ill and of course be nice to people.

get nice means, the way they say it, usually it means, get drunk, get a buzz on, as in drinkin brass monkey, "come on yall it's time to get nice"

as i myself might be heard to say: "hook me up with a few vodka tonics, that will have me nice ah yeah."
