You can set up an avatar here (http://www.beastieboys.com/bbs/profile.php?do=editavatar). Either select one BeastieBoys.com is offering, enter the URL of one or upload one (50 by 50 pixels or 19.5KB - whichever is smaller).

ahh minton ol buddy. I tried to upload one and one off of a url and the file size is 16.5 kb and it still gives me that error that it must be under 10kb.

I posted the wrong size, sorry. It's 10k for users.
