If you mean your avatar, then just go to Edit Avatar in the Quick Links menu.

You can set up an avatar here. Either select one BeastieBoys.com is offering, enter the URL of one or upload one (50 by 50 pixels or 19.5KB - whichever is smaller).

ahh minton ol buddy. I tried to upload one and one off of a url and the file size is 16.5 kb and it still gives me that error that it must be under 10kb.

I posted the wrong size, sorry. It's 10k for users.
