from a while back I predicted that instead of this admistration having a draft to increase new recruits, they would cut back on Pell Grants thus making the G.I. Bill much more attractive to already increasing college fees.

How much damage is this guy capable of? Just seems to be boundless.

Also our fucked up economy and falling dollar should help all those low income kids, who are looking for some college money.
