from a while back I predicted that instead of this admistration having a draft to increase new recruits, they would cut back on Pell Grants thus making the G.I. Bill much more attractive to already increasing college fees.

Echewta, You do have your ear down to the ground. There is no more effective way to recruit than putting the financial squeeze on kids, it is going to happen...I mean what choice is there?

How much damage is this guy capable of? Just seems to be boundless.

Also our fucked up economy and falling dollar should help all those low income kids, who are looking for some college money.
