Besides rushing out on March 29th to grab the new Beck and the new Moby album (I was jonesing really bad), it's actually been awhile since I binged at the record store. To make up for lost time, I went and got these gems!

abcdefz would be so pleased. :)

Big Star - "#1 Record/Radio City"
The Dandy Warhols - "Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia"
Robert Johnson - "King of the Delta Blues Singers"
The Kills - "No Wow"
Louis XIV - "The Best Little Secrets Are Kept"
Moby - "I Like To Score"
Morrissey - "Kill Uncle"
Damien Rice - "O"
Frank Sinatra - "Tone Poems of Color"
Patti Smith - "Radio Ethiopia"

Good times. Good times.

Wow, you are something, DS!

I have a good job and I can't afford to buy that much music.

I bought four CDs last weekend and thought that was decadent. I feel like I need to hear the new Moby before his show, but damn I don't want to buy it.

You shoulda got
this (http://www.sanity.com.au/product.asp?intProductID=571734&intArtistID=192645), one of my current cd probably

or maybe a bit of this (http://www.sanity.com.au/product.asp?intProductID=564910&intArtistID=182056)

And dont bitch to me about them being fairly new Australian bands because you can get both of them on amazon

Moreso the first band because they are more your style maybe, an aussie music magazine said they are like a combo of PJ harvey, the velvet underground, the dandy warhols, bob dylan, mazzy star, the pixies, veruca salt, cat stevens, cat power, air & the beatles...but I think they are something different from all those artists/bands.

Good show DS, but I don't see the Star Wars DVD Trilogy there, and because you didn't buy them now, I must suggest you buy them on your next shopping spree. :D :D :D :D

Thats a pretty big longwinded combo there.

Poor As Fuck by The Stock Market Crashers was the peak of music.

Keep in mind some acts that made a name for themselves before 1929 and continued to make music can still be relevant. But if you formed a band after 1929, by definition, YOU SUCK!
