I saw Bob Dylan alone a few years ago at a big, outdoor show. Every now and then I see a show that in itself is amazing but because of the people I meet at it and the whole mood of the night -- it becomes magic. Perfect day leading to one of those kinds of unbelievable sunsets, a tingle-y sort of vibe in the air, exceptional performance, fantastic, warm people, & non-itchy blankets--everything. That was that concert for me. Just perfect.

Dylan closed the show with "Just Like Tom Thumbs Blues" (im going back to New York City, I do believe Ive had enough...)
and "All Along the Watchtower"
merle was just a good old country boy up there, the show was great.
Amos Lee opened, he is a fine young musician

saw him again with Willie Nelson this time!! he wasnt afraid to actually sing, and he was hitting all the vocals with power, probably the best performance I've seen of his yet...
"The poet laureate of rock 'n' roll. The voice of the promise of the '60s counterculture. The guy who forced folk into bed with rock, who donned makeup in the '70s and disappeared into a haze of substance abuse, who emerged to 'find Jesus,' who was written off as a has-been by the end of the '80s, and who suddenly shifted gears and released some of the strongest music of his career beginning in the late '90s.
Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Columbia recording artist Bob Dylan."

Heiress, you are in for a great show!!
Mickey Raphael is one of the best harmonica players on the planet. He has been playing with Willies band for over 20 years it seems like.
combine that with Bob blowin' his harmonica in the wind, its a great show for a harmonica enthusiast...
if it is part of the baseball stadium tour, be sure to get there early so you can get close to the stage...
we were literally leaning on the railing in front of the stage.
Willie Nelson waved at me when I flashed him my "hook em' horns" fingers...
