That song "Shake your Rump" along with " High Plains Drifter" epitomize they're talent for mixing and blending there vocals on time in a....in the way that no one can touch.

I know there are more songs by the Beasties that they have that makes that stand out....does anyone know of anymore?

I know there all JAMS...but the ones that they just blend there lines like there $hit was in a blender. :D

they sorta moved away from that style as time went on, unfortunately in my opinion.

I gotta agree with that...for me that is one of the things that makes PB such great repeat listening, the skills to interweave their lyrics...love it... (y)

I gotta disagree. Listen to HN again, they totally interweave lyrics.

A lot of tracks on HN. The Move, Super Disco Breakin, Just a Test, BodyMovin and so on.

I read somewhere where they approached the lyrics differently on HN than on the CYH and IC. And that led to the interweaving.

Sounds Of Science (the song) is a good example of the blending skills.

Mostly off the albums Paul's Botique and Hello Nasty, yes it's an awsome style. But I heard they quit doing it because it was too hard to keep up or they kept missing lines or something. Is that true or just a rumour because I sorta doubt it.
