I swear there is a remix of le tigre's TKO doing the rounds in the clubs around here, except I can't find it. Its not the peaches knockout remix, its something that involves a really strong bassline and handclapping (okay sounds odd but its a really good song) it mightnt even be Le tigre...but it sure sounds alot like them. I know theres some big le tigre fans on here so hopefully somebody can help me out.

I think it's on the recent remix 12" (http://www.boomkat.com/item.cfm?id=18278) that included the Peaches one.

It sounds a little similar to the After Dark remix, except its tko in the chorus. But its not any of the tracks off either of those remix albums. If this damn board had audio i could hum the bassline and I'm sure somebody would be able to get it" Its like dooommmdooodododododododoododdododdoommdodododoomm clap clap clap clap clap clap clap *insert le tigre style vocals* then what sounds like the TK from TKO out of the le tigre song has been cut by a dj so its like "TK TK TK TK". Then it sounds like somebody says "bump to the bump the bump the bump disco" or something along those lines. Arghhh its killing me people!

Found it, but not cos of that site. I went and got Le Tigre's self titled album and found that it was just a remix of deceptacon :D

Was it the DFA mix?

I cant find the exact remix but its bits of tko mixed with deceptacon. I know its not the LCD soundsystem remix...beyond that I dont really care now i know the song that its based on :D
