I always love seeing (mostly in photo's unfortunately) the trees in the fall in the US and Canada. You have much more defined seasons than here in the UK where one season kinda rolls into the next one and nothing much really changes!

It is a GT Force full suspension mountain bike. They do not make this model anymore and I got a good price. They sell for just over 2 grand on the open market. I only buy from the black market.

if that's your property it looks like you're surrounded by some nice trails. that white one in the background up against the garage looks nice too. i didn't have my bike for two months in the midle of the summer because i cracked my frame. i missed out on so much riding this year during the perfect time and now winter is here. fucking sucks.

We have been riding old rail trails. They are defunct railroad lines that have been converted for horseback riding, hiking and biking. This rail trail goes for almost 80 miles along the Greenbriar River in the mountains of West Va. We are riding the High Bridge Rail trail in Farmville Virginia this weekend. It is a 30 or 40 mile stretch. With a 5 yr old and an old German Shepherd we stick to these kind of trails because it is nice easy peddling. There are some tricky trails around Richmond and they actually have XTerra mountain bike races here once a year.

That was early in the morning and the fog was just beginning to lift. I had to take various shots of the ramshackle barn because I thought it looked so beautiful yet bleak . I guess they will just let it fall to the ground. Marinton is an incredible place but the economy has taken its toll. There are many stark images against magnificent backdrops.

I have been using my Olympus Stylus Tough lately. It is an underwater camera that I purchased specifically for kayaking trips but I have been using it above ground. It is light and it offers various effects...Fisheye, Neon, Panoramic, etc. I also use my Nikon D40. I upload the photos into my iPad using my convertor kit. I have really enjoyed using the Snapseed app to edit photos. It is very intuitive, fast and easy. I really love it!
I also really like PhotoGene. PhotoGene has some nice frames and it offers lots of effects and ways to manipulate your photographs.
I have many photography apps that I would recommend.....Snapseed, PhotoGene, Photobucket, Photoshop, Camera+, Instagram.
I do think Snapseed is my favorite.

Thanks for all the tips! That Nikon seems to get great reviews on Swedish sites, gotta look into it as I've been planning to get a new system camera (even if the reviews say it's great for beginners, which I ain't, so will it cover my needs?...). Pity all (or most) of those apps are for iPhohes. I still refuse get iAnything.... So it's Photoshop or Picturemaker for me.
