Banana Sandwich
What you need
1 x Banana 2 x Slices of Bread Butter or equivalent spread A knife Using the knife spread the butter thinly onto one side only of both slices of bread. Take the banana and remove the outer skin by grasping the the banana in one hand below the stalk while using your other hand to pull the stalk in any direction - the skin should break and peel away easily from the fleshy part of the banana underneath. Discard the skin and using the same knife from early, cut the banana into desirable thickness you wish your sandwich to be. Generally you should be looking around 0.5-1cm thickness but it doesn't need to be exact. Once sliced, arranged the pieces onto one slice of the bread you buttered earlier (make sure the bread is butter side up as we want this as a inner part of the sandwich) until the surface is covered in banana pieces. Place the other slice of bread (buttered side down) on top of the other slice we prepared earlier. Eat. Last edited by Adam : 04-11-2010 at 02:14 PM. |
