I personally don't mind a little peins and vagina, but Damaja has a point.

Porn is all over the internet, tv, hell, right around the corner in a nice little shop for some, and it's hard to keep little eyes from viewing such things.

Speaking as a mother and not a poster, I would be bothered by my son finding porn on a message board that's devoted to one of his favorite bands.

People bitch about America and our eating habits and our President, but what about sex? It's taking over everything and is taken so lightly. Kids are having kids because like most adults, sex isn't something special anymore. It's everywhere.

I believe in sexual expression, everyone here knows that...but I have a responsability and in a world like this I think the kids come first. If parents can't keep an eye on their kids and their kids stumble upon porn, I can't help that. BUT..I can help by keeping pornographic images I want to share in PM's.

FYI..I am typing about distasteful porn....a tasteful boob here and there is nothing, but penis and vaginas and penis and vaginas connected...urm.

I'm not offended by "porn" images or nude photos, but there is a time and place for it. For whoever said that it's the parents responsibility to monitor their kids internet use..... I agree.

But "Hey mom don't worry, I'm on the beastie boys website there shouldn't be any....... WHOA Look! It's a cock!" should not be something a 13-15 year old B-Boy fan should have to say.

Telling your kid not to watch Cinemax after 11pm, or don't put any of daddy's "special" tapes from under the bed in the VCR, is smart. Having to forbid them from visiting the Beastie Boys website becasue of the threat of seeing "porn" is just sad.
