hey, that's a good tip. I found the 15 year old part of my brain thinking, "hmm, that's kind of a cool outfit". ha. I did buy a plaid flannel shirt some months ago to wear. I altered it to have a more fitted look, but it's still pretty 90's. I should just burn it.

^ bloody kids.

I haven't noticed anything as yet. However, Melbourne's CBD & Chapel St will have a 2am nightclub lockdown like Surfers in a few months. Whoever instigated that should go up there and hang around with all the wasted kids left in the street after their lockdown, and see if there's less violence than if they had been allowed back in to a venue to drink themselves unconcious...

are clubs still open til 5 tho? coz that;s what we have here. you cant get in to anywhere after 3, but places are still open til 5. they bought that rule in because of the fighting and because of taxi queues. stupid thing tho is those rules have only made things worse.

i miss the days of when i was 18. no 3am lockouts, no smoking bans, $1 drinks weren't banned, and jocks in popped up collared pink shirts hadn't discovered crystal meth to go along with their fucking over inflated egos............

Yeah, they'll be open as late as they always were - I do think it will make the violence (which, in my opinion is greatly exaggerated) much worse. There's already enough muzza-related aggro on the Chapel St without refusing them entry to Zos (or whatever it's called now). Roided out idiots, meth affected fuckwits and the dangerously drunk - all stuck out on the street together. Sounds great, yeah?

They recently reduced the number of people allowed into CQ from 7000 to 2000 - because there was a brawl on the balcony there ages ago involving like, 20 people. 20 people out of 7000 isn't too bad, really. And they managed to stop it and turf the offenders. What's the problem?

yeah that lockout shit is rediculous. i love it how they always say 'its a trial', even if it has no effect on violence theres no way they will revert the lockout law.

6 cans of johnnie walker and cola cans have gone from $16 to $23 overnight. fuckers.

I also hear that our wanker government is also going to raise beer tax 300%.

300%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on one hand they are talking about how bad working families are feeling the pinch these days and they sympathise then on the other hand they raise alcohol tax by billions of dollars a year.

What hard working australian family doesnt like to have a bit of booze in the house?? couple of cold beers in the fridge? few bottles of red perhaps?

and they wonder why there are terrorist plots.

im fucking angry. This country (and world) just keeps getting worse.

i'm guessing it was too many balkans with more hair gel than sense. you know what, in the times that i've been to melbourne i find it hard to believe that it's the 2nd largest greek city in the world.

fucking hell, 70% tax increase on premix drinks. a 6 pack of Bundy Dark and Stormy's are now $20 plus! and our state produces that fucking shit!, i cant imagine what it costs interstate let alone globally. first Krudd recognises the independence of kosova, then he outlaws gay marriage, now the 70% on premixes. WHAT A CUNT!

FFS, soon we may have resort to goon
i've got the next 2 days off so i thought i'd get my drink on tonight. i bought those Pulse bourbon and cola's coz the were relatively cheap. but straight away i realised why they were so fucking cheap so i bought a bottle of JWR and 4 litres of coke much much better

My friends came in from Salt Lake to see the Tim & Eric Awesome Tour. And Awesome it was! My friend has pics of the actual show but yeah...

This was the best part of the night - Isabelle is obsessed with Tim & Eric and they asked if it was anyone's birthday. She turns 21 in like 4 days so she raised her hand and in return got sat on. It was amazing

If that makes no sense to you, watch this - http://youtube.com/watch?v=G7n-WrYo3-U

Paul Rudd was just wandering around being gorgeous all night. That was pretty great
