so you know those metal dishes you get when you order chinese food? and they have those metal lids?

so what you do is take some chicken breast and put eithe r1 or 2 into each one of the containers....add 1/4 bottle of italian salad dressing, or any good oil based salsd dressing....tommorrow i'm going to attemp to make it with that new KRAFT sundried tomato and oregeno

should be good

oh...cook chicken like you normally would at 350F for about 30 min or so....if you like veggies (carrots & etc.) throw in the batch as well. or prepare separtally
