Interesting. Looks like a Nov/Dec tour in the UK for sure.

Any idea what size venues they will be doing?

I hope it doesn't clash with the Prodigy in Birmingham on Dec 2nd, I just booked tickets for that.

the odds that the beastie boys and prodigy play birmingham on the same night are nil.

That wasn't what I was saying. We don't even know yet if they will do many dates in the UK, and it would be a real fucker if it happened to only do a couple (or even just one!) and one fell on Dec 2nd.

Brixton Academy would be far better venue than Wembley Arena, I saw 'em there in March '95 (as well as other acts down the years) & its a great live venue.

In Holland they will probably perform at the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam.
The owner of that hall is the main concert organisation in the country.

I'm really looking forward to this! At least I have a couple of months to pull my act together and maybe save some money. Would love to see them a few times on this tour as well.
And that board meeting isn't such a bad idea either!

I don't mind if the beastie gig clashes with the prodigy gig, as long as it is not December 4th - my wedding day - cannot see me getting out of that one!

Just imagine..."Sorry darling, I have had to postpone our wedding due to the Beastie Boys playing Wembly the same night...Love You!?"

She is not a fan of theirs now (she likes Jay Kay - Jamiroquai bloke, he lives in my village so I have to put up with her stalking him), she'd really hate them if if I said the above!

Easy All BeastieBoyz & Girlz

I know we had a "small" gig in Paris - which I couldn't attend ... but fukkit what about dates in France ?

I am a promotter myself and getting to talk to someone handling the BB gigs in France is even more difficult to get hold of the Lee Perry edition of Grand Royal Magazine .

Yeah, it would suck. Hopefully it won't be an issue though. If it is, then I'll have to sell my Prodigy tickets I think.
