real phrase: motion to suppress (generally, you are looking to keep something out because it was illegally obtained). client phrase: motion to depress or motion to saprest.

real word: innocent. client word: intercent.

real abbreviation: ror (released on own recognizance; in other words, your word that you'll appear in court, not requiring money for bond). client abbreviation: r&r.

real phrase: motion to quash capias (essentially, to set aside a warrant). client phrase: motion to squash.

in swedish, me and others sometimes mix up the resembling words

gravitation - graviditet

which mean

gravity - pregnancy.
