They've accepted my offer

Which is great, but they want the settlement brought forward a month, which means that I'll be doubling up with rent and that place for a month. Not sure what to do really. I'm thinking fuck it I'll just deal with it. I only just told my house mate to finalise the lease date for Feb 28th not really expecting to find a place straight away. Now I'm not so sure. I've got a few days cooling off so it's all good really signing a contract this afternoon

come to think of it, I havn't actually signed a lease contract for this rental place yet, as far as I know it goes up til 26th January.... Hmmmmmm... That would be a cunty thing to do, but I am considering it
