It simply means that the gangler (which is you, roit?) was ferrying up the giblet, but that high goolies got caught in a grinder and now everything is sausages.

EDIT - I just did some quick research, and it basically means "yeah, i was too drunk too aim for the vagina, so I ended up spunking inside her arsehole"
