Do you ever hear a sobbing?

Like somebody really having a mighty sob, in your head? And if you tried to emulate it, you worry you'd fall over dead where you stand? I get it a lot lately.

sometimes i hear that sound that the guy in a clockwork orange made when the beethoven's playing in the movie with the nazis that he's being forced to watch with eyes pried open. that sort of high pitched scream thing

ghosts and spirits talk to me when im half asleep. i shit you not. a few weeks ago i was visited by a very old friend who commited suicide 6 months ago.

The other night, the sobbing was really bad, and I had to close my eyes really tightly and think of all the things in my life I can be grateful for.

I would never tell anyone in real life, as I think I'm going crazy.

I'm not fucking with you. I see and hear ghosts, and they talk to me. i hear voices that definitely arent my thoughts. And I've found out things from them that I couldn't know otherwise, ie, when they tell me things about other people.

Have you ever tried 'white lighting' yourself? I do this when the spirit isn't the friendliest, or im starting to get a bit scared. I don't know if you believe in god or jesus or whatever (im no christian, but it works well for me). just close your eyes and imagine a massive beam of white light coming from the ceiling and showering over you, and forming a protective shield, at the same time think to yourself 'the light of jesus christ is protecting me' over and over again. im not kidding, it really works. for me immediately the spirits go away and i fall into a deep slumber, every time.

remember, thoughts create actions.

upon reading all that, i do come across as some religious crazy whack. im not religious at all. as ghandi once said, 'i like your christ, but i dont like your christians'. amen, brother.

I don't believe in God and Jesus. My white light would be positive thinking, then. Which is probably better for us all than all that church carry on.

I don't know that I'm being contacted; I genuinely think I'm coming a little unhinged.

Sometimes right before I fall asleep I'll hear a sudden shout, like someone was in the room with me, and I'll jerk awake. The human body naturally shudders before falling into a deep sleep (it's called a hypnic jerk) and I just associate this with the hallucinations and detached consciousness typical of somnolence.

The thing is that it's not always the same voice - sometimes it's a woman's voice. And sometimes it shouts actual words - my name, or a full phrase. That weirds me out sometimes.
