I don't understand, if someone says one that is a non-celebrity then how would anyone else know who they were talking about? I could say "Oh there's that very attractive chick who lives in 7B", but what would that mean to anyone else?
Also I have no idea who the two you mentioned are, so for all I know one of them might be the chick in 7B.
