Default question for the resident drunkards

so I went to the gym and was super sore. Then I went out, and drank (5 drinks when I get a buzz off 3).

This morning when I woke, it felt like my muscles were going to give out COMPLETELY. As if my limbs may fall off with the aching slumps of meat I have.

Now it's a bit better, and water seemed to help. But the sore muscles/alcohol combination was a bad thing to do, yes? It makes it hurt more? Has this happened to anyone else?

yeah I was going to go light but I had nothing else to do, so I stayed and kept going. It felt really good, mind you. Just not so much right now, heh. I was going to go to the gym today too, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

When I look down,
I just miss all the good stuff

I just trip over things.

Well that's your problem. Of course you're going to hurt the first few times but you gotta keep at it and it goes away eventually.

I meant not within the next few hours. I am still trying to guzzle water down to feel better. I am also slightly hung over, so I'm not going to the gym this way is all Probably not till this afternoon.

and that would be?

p.s. I hate that feeling of not being able to get a buzz when that is what I am going for. Rarely ever happens to me, but it has, and it stinks.

I've drank myself sober before...that sucks...you just keep drinking and drinking and not getting anywhere...

My brother's here and just read this thread. He recommends freezing a Gatorade, letting it thaw just enough so you can drink it without it being solid, then eat a cold Poptart. I guess any flavor of either will do.

Doesn't make sense, but he would know.
