Wow my own b-day thread. How great. I'm little misty eyed (seriously) I won't go into details but the past few weeks have been really rough today especially. Then I logged on here and saw this plus had a PM from an amazing lady.


Again I'm not going to elaborate but today I came home and laid out 47 Trazadones (sleeping pills) in front of me along side a glass of water. I sat for a while crying trying to think of a single reason not to eat them all. I can't say that I came up with anything definitive but for some reason I couldn't go through with it. Long story short I've been a bit down to say the least but hell if a bunch of people I never even met cared enough to remember my b-day after some close to me had forgotten I must not be so bad after all. Thanks


PS....I will probaby never be this open and honest again so umm....I dunno

Well it started on my b-day monday and kind of culminated yesterday. It was more of an awakening yesterday though. I woke up today feeling great. I think I made some kind of breakthrough or something

Yeah back in 01' it was my 21st b-day so rather than going out and getting drunk that night I got to spend 16 hours working checking ID's and doing bag checks on base it was AWESOME!


Anyway like I said I"m feeling a lot better today. I think sometimes we just need to hit bottom before we can pull ourselves up
